On your first visit to the classes, Alex will meet you at the Car park and walk with you to the main hall.

Ballet Night

Our fantastic add on for dancers who have enrolled on any 6-week course.
The first hour covers strength and conditioning, alongside practical advice, useful techniques and in‑depth skill work – all tailored to support your regular ballet classes, for every ability level. The session concludes with dedicated time to connect with dancers across all our locations, helping you feel fully part of our welcoming group. You can also look forward to occasional fun quizzes, ballet footage and extra surprises!
19:00 - Strength and Conditioning (30 mins)
19:30 - Ballet Technique deep-dive (30 mins)
20:00-21:00 - Social time with refreshments (1h)
